Activity Centre

Activity Centre is a group which aims to provide social interactions for senior members of the community. We meet on the first and third Thursday of the month from 10:00am - 1:15pm.

We start our time together with morning tea and swapping news. Then we have a presentation on a particular topic, together with quizzes, games and some gentle stretches while sitting in our chairs. We finish with a quiet time of reflection.

Lunch is provided and offers another opportunity to get to know each other and share ideas.

A small fee of $10 is charged to cover the cost of morning tea and lunch. Transport can be arranged if needed.

Where and when?
We meet at Normanhurst Uniting Church on the first, third and fifth Thursday of the month from 10:00am until 1.15pm. There is ample parking in the parking lot and on the street.
Who can come?
All members of the church and wider community are welcome.
