Val Ellis runs fun weekly personal training classes for seniors. Her aim is to improve body strength, increase energy with emphasis on balance and flexibility. You can just turn up although preferably ring first on 0418 401 261 leaving a message if she's unavailable. The one-hour program changes each week using things like therabands, weights, small balls etc. so you won't get bored. These classes cater for all fitness levels as the program is specific to the needs of the people attending, including those who need to sit in a chair to exercise.
