NYCS Youth Group
NYCS is a youth group for high school-aged children. This group runs every 2nd and 4th Friday during school term and we share dinner together as well as play games. The cost is just $5 per week and includes dinner.
Schedule
6pm: Arrival
Names are marked off, supervised free time activities
6:10pm: Main Activity
This is often an active game but sometimes we have more slow-paced chill out games
6:45pm: Dinner, Dessert and Chat
Over dinner there is a time of sharing about the week's theme followed by discussion time or another activity related to the theme
7:15pm: More Activities
Continue the Main Activity or other games
8pm: Home Time
Youth are signed out by their parent or if they have their parent’s permission, they can sign themselves out and head home
- Where and when? We meet on every second Friday during the term (even weeks) in the Normanhurst Uniting Church hall.
